You can complete the Free To Be Me adult programme either as an individual or in a group setting. It depends on what’s right for you. The Free To Be Me children’s programme has been specifically designed for children who have witnessed family violence. The sessions focus on keeping safe, learning about feelings and helping kids find healthy ways to express themselves.
The programme runs every school term – one session a week for 10 weeks. This includes two individual sessions, followed by eight group sessions. In order to cater to the developmental stage of your child, we run groups in age ranges of 5 to 7 years, 8 to 10 years, 11 to 13 years, or sibling groups.
